Harry Koushos is a Cypriot dancer and a choreographer, based in Athens.

His work as a choreographer, as well as his video dance work, was presented in various festivals around Europe and the USA. As a dancer he has worked together with several choreographers and since 2011 he’s been collaborating with choreographer Alexandra Waierstall.

At MYS he will present coast to coast, a site specific performance transferred into a video dance series by Harry Koushos and Ody ICON.
Both of them walk into a place in a country where they meet. Harry puts on his headphones, isolates and dances while Ody captures the spontaneous choreography in one shot. Both of them move in the space from side to side: dancing, capturing and directing on the moment.
The two artists are Cypriots, they travel around the world because of their jobs and every time they meet in a country they make the next coast to coast video dance.
