Un Angelo che si abbandona, per la prima volta, a una confidenza.

Purezza diventa sensualità, il sensuale tramuta in divino, finché le traiettorie del tempo si confondono e lasciano spazio all’essere: di carne ed acqua.

Mary’s Bath è una performance sospesa, un’installazione d’acqua e riflessi, una danza intima che si svela.

Mary ci invita a guardarla  da vicino, a sostare con lei in un sogno, a sbirciare dallo spioncino della porta del bagno, ad accompagnarla al suo matrimonio, a condividere con lei la paura e la verità del divenire.

Mary’s Bath is a performance suspended in a secret, an installation of water and reflections, an intimate dance that discloses itself.

Mary invites us to watch her closer, to linger with her in a pre-raphaelite dream, to peek at her movements from the peephole of the bathroom’s door, to gaccompany her to her wedding, to share with her the fear and truth of a continuous becoming.

Mary’s Bath is a physical confession that makes gestures emerge from the silence.

For the first time an Angel gives up to a secret.

Purity becomes sensuality, the sensual turns into divine, until Time crashes into itself and leaves space to the being: being made of flesh and water.

Una performance interattiva che riproduce l’ambiente della sala da ballo in spazi urbani.

Un rettangolo di sedie è la cornice in cui l’azione prende vita, con un evidente riferimento al mondo delle milonghe e al celebre film “Le Bal” di Ettore Scola. La sala da ballo come contenitore della memoria si arricchisce anche di elementi contemporanei e di richiami al mondo dello speed dating.

A CORPO LIBERO nasce e si sviluppa durante il concorso GD’A Veneto 2009.

E’ un lavoro che ironizza sulla condizione femminile a partire dalla gioiosa fluidità del corpo.
